Not sure if this is right but I found this guide for first job on another forum.
Thieves
They can either fight close or afar.
Depends more on criticals than other classes.
Choose between daggers and shuriken(throwing stars)!
At level 30 you choose between
Assassin/Ninja (Shurikens)
Rogue (Daggers)
Stats Build
Primary = LUK, increases the critical and dodge rate.
Secondary = DEX is important for accuracy, you’ll be missing most if you don't hit criticals.
Raise 1 Dex and 4 Luck every level up until you reached 40~50 Dex.
After that, Raise all Luck.
Skills
(Passive)
Rest
Increase HP recover
Increase HP Growth
Dagger Mastery
Shuriken Mastery
(Active)
Blade Burn
Dagger Assault
Flaming Shuriken
Double Shuriken throw
Conceal Body
Thieves' Absoluteness
Rest - master to level 1
Unlocks
Improve Hp recovery - raise to level 6
Unlocks
Improve HP Growth - First Priority, Master to 8 or 10

Builds decision is now, Choose to master one.
Dagger Mastery - Mastery is 12
Shuriken Mastery - Mastery is 12

It only unlocks the weapon with skill you chose. Master the skill.
Blade Burn- Attacks with flamed daggers for high damage.
Flaming Shuriken - Attacks by throwing a flamed shuriken for high damage.
Unlocks
Conceal Body - Goes invisible to monster, they can't attack you.
If you use daggers raise this.
Thieves' Absoluteness - Buff, Raises Avoid.
If you use shurikens raise this.
Unlocks
If you use Daggers raise
Dagger Assualt Attack from concealed state.
If you use shurikens raise this.
Double Shuriken throw Throw two shuriken at once.
YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW THE MASTERY LEVELS!
The Skills are pretty linear.
Max HP Growth as soon as possible.
